PNGO condemns Israeli occupation's crimes against our people and demands international accountability for perpetrators

The Palestinian NGOs Network (PNGO) strongly condemns the 'terrible crime' committed by the Israeli occupation on Saturday against the Palestinian people, as two Palestinian children were killed and 30 people were wounded in a broad aerial bombardment that directly targeted civilians, associations and agricultural lands

PNGO referres to the aerial bombardment of Gaza as "a new crime'' as dozens of air strikes carried out in the Gaza Strip on Saturday afternoon targeting associations, houses, agricultural lands, and Al Katiba building in western Gaza city where two children were killed while hanging out in the nearby public park and other 30 civilians were injured, in addition to the damages were caused to the nearby residential buildings.

This is one of the Israeli occupation's series of war crimes of killing the Palestinian people, exercising suppression and oppression, imposing blockade, land confiscation, imposing displacement, settlements construction and the Judaization of Jerusalem, under the silence of international community and ineffective exercising pressure on the Israeli occupation to abide by the international law and the international humanitarian law (IHL).

PNGO calls upon the international community to take serious action to stop the Israeli occupation violations and crimes against the Palestinian people.

PNGO also calls for the prosecution of the Israeli occupation's leaders and calls to provide international protection for the Palestinian people.

The Palestinian NGOs Network stresses that the Palestinians best response to the Israeli occupation's assaults and violations is to end the political division and achieve national unity as well as provide elements of steadfastness for our people.
