PNGO Commends Efforts of Solidarity Activists Participating in the new Global Sumud Flotilla to Break the Siege on Gaza

The Palestinian NGOs Network (PNGO) commended the  participants in the Freedom Flotillas aimed at breaking the siege on the Gaza Strip, and praised the efforts being made by the organizers of the new Global Sumud Flotilla, which is set to depart soon.

PNGO notes that, amid the preoccupation with the ongoing war in the Gulf region and the Israeli-American aggression, Palestinian civil society emphasizes the necessity of escalating and strengthening solidarity efforts with the Palestinian people. This is particularly crucial in the West Bank, which is suffering from settler terrorism and the repression of the occupation army, and in the Gaza Strip, where the genocide, siege, and daily ceasefire violations continue unabated.

PNGO calls on international solidarity organizations to actively participate in the preparation and implementing the new Global Sumud Flotilla campaign to thwart attempts to obscure the crimes being committed in the Gaza Strip and to enhance efforts to break the siege on the Palestinian people.
