The Society of Women Graduates (SWG) is one of the leading non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the field of women graduates empowerment across the Gaza Strip. As the only formally organized representative body for women graduates in the Gaza Strip, SWG thrives to improve qualities of lives of women graduates who face double marginalization and enable them to actively play a positive role in the development of Palestinian community.

Position Overview:

SWG is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Resource Development Coordinator to contribute to the organization's sustainability and growth. The coordinator will support the implementation of key initiatives by strengthening external relations, supporting program development, and ensuring quality planning, implementation, and learning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand resource opportunities and strengthen institutional outreach.
  • Build and maintain a stakeholder and partner database to inform strategic engagement.
  • Collaborate with SWG teams to design concept notes and project proposals aligned with SWG’s mission and priorities.
  • Support strategic communication, visibility, and advocacy efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and use of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) tools.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and knowledge-sharing activities with partners and donors.
  • Provide coordination and technical support to internal teams to enhance project quality and impact.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Development, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in program development, strategic partnerships, or resource mobilization.
  • Strong experience in drafting proposals, reports, and donor-related documents.
  • Familiarity with the development and donor environment in Palestine, especially in Gaza.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and research tools.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset.
