Logistician
(Open to Nationals only)
1. PURPOSE OF HIRING
The Mundubat Foundation is seeking to hire an individual with specialized expertise in logistics. The primary mission of this role is to facilitate the provision of all necessary material resources for the successful execution of an international cooperation project.
Note: This position is open only to Palestinian nationals.
2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage procurement requests related to project implementation, including obtaining quotes for equipment, materials, venues, external services, and travel (transportation and accommodation). Consolidate and organize received offers.
- Conduct supplier visits, price monitoring, and contract tracking.
- Assist the administrative staff in executing procurement procedures.
- Support teams in carrying out necessary logistical tasks for project activities.
- Maintain and manage equipment, vehicles, and office facilities.
- Occasional transportation of team members or individuals associated with the project.
3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Professional studies in administrative, logistical, accounting, financial, or economic fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable:
- Experience working with non-governmental organizations, either national or international.
- Training or knowledge in general maintenance tasks, vehicle maintenance, maintenance of IT equipment, etc.

5. JOB DETAILS
- Work Location: Office in Jerusalem, with occasional trips to Ramallah. Necessary work permits will be arranged.
- Work Schedule: 50% (Part-time)
- Contract Duration: 3 years
- Salary: As per Mundubat's pay scale
- Start Date: November 2023
