SAFE invites eligible contractors to submit bids for the project titled:
“Clearing Debris from Roads, Public and Residential Buildings in the North of Wadi Gaza.”
implemented in partnership with UNDP/PAPP and funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.

Interested companies may collect the Tender Dossier from 31/05/2026 until 06/06/2026 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Gaza time). (Interested tenderers must be classified by the Palestinian Contractors Union (First, Second, or Third Category – Roads, Infrastructure, or Buildings) and must submit a copy of the classification certificate to collect the Tender Dossier.

A pre-bid meeting to address any inquiries will be held on 04/06/2026 at 12:00 PM at SAFE’s main office (Gaza, Al-Saraya, Abu Sha’ban Building, opposite the PNGO Gaza office).

The deadline for the submission of tenders (by hand) to SAFE’s main office in Gaza is 08/06/2026 at 12:00 PM (Gaza time).

Tenderers will be required to sign and submit a Bid Securing Declaration, together with the financial offer (the form is attached in Section 4 of the Bidding Data).

SAFE is not bound to award the tender to the lowest-priced bidder and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

The awarded tenderer shall bear the costs of advertisements published in newspapers and other platforms used for announcing this tender.

The Bidding Document fee is 150 USD (non-refundable), to be transferred to SAFE’s bank account at Quds Bank, Account No. 66544.
