PNGO issued paper on "Universities’ roles, responsibilities, and cooperation with civil society". This paper to discuss the relationship between universities and civil society institutions, the role of universities, their responsibilities, and their cooperation with civil society at the levels of theoretical contributions and practical applications. The paper analyzes the reality of these universities through a number of quantitative and qualitative indicators, as well as reviewing the challenges facing their work.
